Susan Nall Bales

President of the FrameWorks Institute and a Visiting Scientist in the Department of Society, Human Development and Health at the Harvard School of Public Health. She has more than 30 years of experience researching, designing and implementing campaigns on social issues. Before founding FrameWorks in 1999, Bales was director of strategic communications and children's issues at the Benton Foundation where she founded www.connectforkids.org, a Web gateway for news and research on children's issues.
