There is a close examination of the new revenue neutral carbon tax based on greenhouse gas emissions from fossil fuel combustion. This tax will necessarily recycle revenues into the economy via tax cuts rewarding eco-friendly choices. Efforts are being made to engage the public in green community development, and to educate further about the effects of climate change.
